Our pastry is made from scratch using two types of flour to achieve a flaky, melt in your mouth goodness. Our tarts use butter, not corn syrup, to bring back the tarts Grandma used to make. Come experience the difference.

First corn will be ready late July. Follow us on FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM for updates.
We pride ourselves in only the freshest produce and are known for exceptional sweet corn. Your sweet corn is picked fresh throughout the day (our goal is never more than two hours off the stalk) and we only pick the top cob (a stalk often has two). We recommend eating your corn the day you pick it up.
COOKING TIME
Place husked corn in boiling water. Once it begins to boil again, cook for 4 minutes. Do not add salt (makes it tough) or sugar to the water.
SHUCKIN’ SHACK
Our Shuckin’ Shack is a great place to husk your corn and leave the mess at the farm.
TAKE SWEET CORN WHEN TRAVELLING
When traveling, pack your sweet corn in a cooler with ice. Sweet corn will taste good for 2-3 days if kept at refrigerator temperature. If you will be leaving early in the morning, buy your corn the evening before the trip and ice it immediately.
PEACHES AND CREAM?
We’ve been letting our customers in on the secret of Peaches and Cream for years. Many road-side stands offer “Peaches and Cream”. The truth is that they are most likely passing off any bi-colour variety they get in as “Peaches and Cream”. Peaches and Cream was a variety produced in small garden envelopes for backyard growers. It never made it to commercial production, but somehow the name did. If you ask for Peaches and Cream at Strom’s, you’re likely to be corrected!
Don’t be offended, just smile and nod your head; we like talking about corn.
